Wisconsin Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Wisconsin was introduced in November, 1983 and pertains to motor vehicles registered or transferred in the state of Wisconsin for use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from the Wisconsin Lemon Law, including mopeds and semi-trailers; and you should check with a Wisconsin Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
If your vehicle is under express warranty or is under one year old, whichever occurs first, and has been repaired unsuccessfully four times for the same defect, or out of service for 30 calendar days or more, you should speak with a Wisconsin Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
