Washington Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Washington was introduced in July, 1990 and pertains to many cars and motorbikes bought or leased in the state of Washington for use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from the Washington Lemon Law, including buses and parts of motor homes; and you should check with a Washington Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
If your vehicle is under two years old, or has not yet completed 24,000 miles, and has been repaired unsuccessfully twice on the same serious defect, or has been under repair four times for the same defect, or out of service for 30 calendar days or more, you should speak with a Washington Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
