Washington DC Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Washington DC was introduced in March, 1983 and pertains to commercial motor vehicles that were sold or registered in Washington DC for personal use on public highways. Motorcycles, motor homes and recreational vehicles are excluded from the Washington DC Lemon Law.
