Texas Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Texas was introduced in June, 1983 and amended in 1991 and pertains to new automobiles and motorcycles that were bought in the state of Texas for use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from the Texas Lemon Law and you should check with a Texas Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
If your vehicle is under express warranty, or is less than one year old, and has been under repair four times, two of which were for safety hazards, or out of service for 30 days or more, you should speak with a Texas Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
