Tennessee Lemon Law

The Lemon Law in the state of Tennessee was introduced in June, 1984 and pertains to new motor vehicles sold or leased in the state of Tennessee for use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from the Tennessee Lemon Law, including garden tractors and motorized bicycles; and you should check with a Tennessee Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
