Pennsylvania Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Pennsylvania was introduced in May, 1984 and pertains to vehicles bought and registered in the state of Pennsylvania for use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from the Pennsylvania Lemon Law, including off-road vehicles; and you should check with an Pennsylvania Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
