Oregon Lemon Law

The Lemon Law in the state of Oregon was introduced in 1984 and amended in 1991 and pertains to many types of passenger vehicle sold in the state of Oregon for use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from the Oregon Lemon Law and you should check with an Oregon Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.

If your vehicle is less than one year old, or has not completed 12,000 miles, and has been under repair four times, or has been out of service for 30 working days or more, you should speak with a Oregon Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
