Ohio Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Ohio was introduced in October, 1987 and pertains to many types of passenger and recreational vehicle bought in the state of Ohio for use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from the Ohio Lemon Law and you should check with an Ohio Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
If your vehicle is less than one year old or has not completed 18,000mls and has been under repair three times for the same defect, or a total of eight repair attempts, or has been out of service for 30 or more calendar days, then you should speak with a Ohio Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
