Nevada Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Nevada was introduced in July, 1983 and pertains to new motor vehicles bought in the state of Nevada for personal or household purposes, which are used public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from the Nevada Lemon Law, including off-road vehicles; and you should check with a Nevada Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
If your vehicle is under express warranty, or less than one year old, and has been under repair four times, or has been out of service for 30 days or more, then you should speak with a Nevada Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a possible lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
