Nebraska Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Nebraska was introduced in April, 1983 and pertains to new vehicles for personal or business use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from the Nebraska Lemon Law and you should check with a Nebraska Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
