Missouri Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Missouri was introduced at the start of 1985 and pertains to new passenger vehicles for private use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from the Missouri Lemon Law, including mopeds and component parts of RVs; and you should check with a Missouri Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
If your vehicle is under express warranty, or less than 12 months old, and has been under repair four times, or has been out of service for 30 business days or more, then you should speak with a Missouri Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
