Mississippi Lemon Law

The Lemon Law in the state of Mississippi was introduced in July, 1985 and pertains to new passenger vehicles for private and use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from the Mississippi Lemon Law, including parts of a motor home; and you should check with a Mississippi Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.

If your vehicle is less than 12 months old and has been under repair three times, or has been out of service for 15 working days or more, then you should speak with a Mississippi Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
