Minnesota Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Minnesota was introduced in May, 1983 and pertains to new passenger automobiles and recreational equipment bought in Minnesota for personal use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from the Minnesota Lemon Law, including business vehicles; and you should check with a Minnesota Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
If your vehicle is under an express warranty period, or less than two years old, and has had an unsuccessful repair of a completely failed braking or steering system, or has been under repair four times, or has been out of service for 30 business days or more, then you should speak with a Minnesota Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
