Michigan Lemon Law

The Lemon Law in the state of Michigan was introduced in June, 1986 and pertains to new purchased passenger vehicles in Michigan for personal use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from the Michigan Lemon Law and you should check with a Michigan Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.

If your vehicle is under an express warranty period, or less than 12 months old, and has been under repair four times, or has been out of service for 30 business days or more, then you should speak with a Michigan Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a possible lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
