Massachusetts Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Massachusetts was introduced at the start of 1984 and pertains to new purchased passenger vehicles in Massachusetts for personal use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from the Massachusetts Lemon Law, including off-road vehicles; and you should check with a Massachusetts Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
If your vehicle is under 12 months old or has completed less than 15,000mls, whichever occurs first, and has been under repair three times, or has been out of service for 15 business days or more, then you should speak with a Massachusetts Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
