Maryland Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Maryland was introduced in July 1984 and amended in 1994 and pertains to purchased or leased passenger vehicles in Maryland for personal use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from the Maryland Lemon Law, including motor homes; and you should check with a Maryland Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
If your vehicle is under 15 months old or has completed under 15,000mls, whichever occurs first, and has had an unsuccessful repair on the braking or steering system, or been under repair four times, or has been out of service for 30 days or more, then you should speak with a Maryland Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a possible lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
