Kentucky Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Kentucky was introduced in July, 1988 and pertains to vehicles sold or leased in Kentucky for personal use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from Kentucky Lemon Law and you should check with a Kentucky Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
If your vehicle is under 12 months old or has completed less than 12,000mls, whichever occurs first, and has been under repair four times or has been out of service for 30 calendar days or more, then you should speak with a Kentucky Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a possible lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
