Kansas Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Kansas was introduced in July, 1985 and amended in 1990 and pertains to vehicles sold in Kansas for personal use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from Kansas Lemon Law and you should check with a Kansas Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
