Indiana Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Indiana was introduced in July, 1993 and pertains to recreational vehicles that were purchased for personal use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from Indiana Lemon Law, including tractors and snowmobiles, and you should check with an Indiana Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
If your vehicle is under 18 months old or has completed less than 18,000mls, whichever occurs first, and has been under repair four times or has been out of service for 30 business days or more, then you should speak with an Indiana Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
