Illinois Lemon Law

The Lemon Law in the state of Illinois was introduced in the start of 1984 and pertains to recreational vehicles that were purchased for personal use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from Illinois Lemon Law, including trailers and campers, and you should check with an Illinois Lemon Law attorney.

If your vehicle is under one year old or has completed less than 12,000mls, whichever occurs first, and has been under repair four times or has been out of service for 30 business days or more, then you should speak with an Illinois Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
