Florida Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Florida was introduced in October, 1983 and amended in July 1992 and pertains to commercial vehicles that were sold or leased in Florida for personal use on public highways. Certain vehicles are exempted from Florida Lemon Law and you should check with a Florida Lemon Law attorney.
If your vehicle is under 18 months old or completed less than 24,000mls, whichever occurs first, and has been under repair three times or has been out of service for 30 calendar days or more, then you should speak with a Florida Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a possible lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
