Delaware Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Delaware was introduced in July, 1985 and pertains to commercial motor vehicles that were bought, leased or registered in Delaware for personal use on public highways. Motorcycles and living facilities of motor homes are excluded from the Delaware Lemon Law.
If your vehicle is within an express warranty period of one year and has been under repair four times or has been out of service for 30 business days or more, then you should speak with a Delaware Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a possible lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
