Connecticut Lemon Law

The Lemon Law in the state of Connecticut was introduced in October 1982, and pertains to commercial motor vehicles sold or leased within Connecticut for personal use on public highways. Tractors are excluded from the Connecticut Lemon Law.

If your vehicle is under two years old or has done less than 18,000mls, and repairs have been attempted twice for a serious safety defect and it has been out of service for 30 calendar days or more, then you should speak with a Connecticut Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
