Arkansas Lemon Law
The Lemon Law in the state of Arkansas was made effective from July 1993 and pertains to vehicles that are intended solely for personal, family or household use and are in operation on public highways. Motor homes are includes on the Arkansas Lemon Law, but vehicles with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of over 10,000lbs are excluded, as are motorcycles and mopeds.
