Arizona Lemon Law

The Lemon Law in the state of Arizona was made effective from August 1984 and pertains to vehicles that are intended solely for personal, family or household use and are in operation on public highways. The Arizona Lemon Law applies to vehicles with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 10,000lb or under and includes motor homes chassis.
