Alaska Lemon Law

The Lemon Law in the state of Alaska was made effective from September 1994 and pertains to four-wheel vehicles that are intended solely for personal, family or household use and are in operation on public highways. The Alaska Lemon Law excludes certain vehicles, including tractors and other farm vehicles, and you should speak with an Alaska Lemon Law attorney if you are unsure.
