Alabama Lemon Law

The Lemon Law in the state of Alabama was made effective from July 1990 and pertains to self-propelled vehicles that are intended solely for use and operation on public highways. The Alabama Lemon Law excludes motor homes or vehicles having a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of more than 10,000lbs.

If your vehicle is less than one year old, completed less than 12,000mls and has been repaired three times or has been out of service for 30 days or more, you should speak with an Alabama Lemon Law attorney for advice on filing a possible lawsuit to obtain a new vehicle.
